Chili

Chili

2 pounds ground beef

2 pounds ground turkey

1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel Chili Fixins
1-2 cups Bloody Mary mix
Chili seasoning, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 large cans chili beans, with liquid
Brown ground beef and turkey til cooked, drain liquid. Add onion and green pepper to pan and sweat until translucent. Add all other ingredients and cook at medium heat.
The flavors blend together much better over time. If it tastes good, today, it will taste better in 3 days. Let cool completely and put into family size storage containers, label, date and freeze.  Make a lot, freeze in smaller sizes. This way, the family can have chili several times without getting tired of it.
